CR Aircraft was established by Charlie Richardson in his North San Diego County Coastal home/garage, during the late 1980s. Charlie created a line of High Performance Sailplanes that remain popular even to this day. His stylish tapered edges and unique lines combined with his innovative Wingeron and Full Span Aileron designs quickly set his CR Aircraft apart from the rest.
Charlie sold the CR Aircraft business in the late 1990s and we have been lucky enough to acquire this wonderful line of models so that they could once again be made available for Builders and Fliers to enjoy.
All of Charlie's original fuselage molds, Hot Wire wing templates, plans, etc... are once again back working to make these beautiful kits and planes available.
In addition, options for Almost Ready to Fly Aircraft, requiring only for you to assemble and install your gear are also in the works.
